Product Guarantee

DK Carbon Unlimited permits this 2-year guarantee to the person or company that purchases the product as of the invoice date. Under normal terms of use, DK Carbon Unlimited products are guaranteed against any problems that might arise from the production. In case that there is unexpected deterioration of the product during the guarantee period, it can be reported with a written petition and a photo of the impaired part. If it is deemed appropriate as a result of the examinations, we will replace it with a new product or repair it.
